Coaching

Coaching is a partnership between you and a coach, a partnership based on your goals, desires, passions and aspirations and the coach's ability to help you achieve them.. Coaching is based on the belief that a coach is a person that helps you find your aspirations and helps you connect with your abilities. This partnership can help you make choices, work with blocks that stop you from reaching your goals, help you make decisions, help you improve your relationships. What ever your goals are in work or life, coaching can help you move forward to reach them. The coach is a guide, you control the process.

Proactive Focusing oriented coaching emphasizes listening to our body as an important part of the process. The coach will teach you a special way to listen to your body and develop an inner relationship with yourself. When we listen to our body we get information that we do not get from listening to our cognition. What happens during the process is surprising and empowering and allows real change to happen.

Sessions can be done in person in NYC and at times in Tel Aviv or by phone from all over the world.
