A one-on-one Proactive Focusing session is an opportunity for you to learn how to connect with your inner conflict in a new way, an opportunity to understand your self and find out what you need in order to move forward. You will be guided in a gentle way that will allow you to find your own inner process that will usually create an inner shift.
You can have one Proactive focusing session to experience what it is like and learn how it is done, you can have a couple of sessions or you can have many.
In a One-on-One Proactive Focusing session the guide will not set goals for you. You will choose what you want to work on during each session. You might choose to set some goals, you might even stay with one goal for a while as you would in coaching, but you might just be with what ever is there for you at the moment. One time you can be with what came up after a fight with your spouse and then the next time you might be with an issue that came up at work or with a discomfort that you are not sure of it's reasons. Ether way, you will feel the sense of moving forward from the place you felt discomfort to a place where you have more clarity, hope and possibilities.
Sessions can be done in person in NYC and at times in Tel Aviv or by phone from all over the world.
