Self Listening is an inward quieting down, moving your attention towards your body and your inner self. This unique type of inner listening involves accessing your body and allows you to learn new things about yourself as well as your blocks that you would otherwise not be able to reach. 

Instead of listening to your head, getting the same old stories you already know, the same self-criticisms, the same pros and cons, the same constant confusion, Self Listening, as you learn the technique through Proactive Focusing, will give you a clearer sense of how to make choices and decisions that will put you on the path to changing your life.
