Proactive Focusing will teach you a powerful yet gentle approach to let go of your blocks and move forward.

In this introductory workshop, you will:

  • Understand why the usual methods of getting rid of the blocks don't work.
  • Learn the underlying dynamics of blocks to action.
  • Realize why working on the problem just with your "head" is not enough
  • Appreciate the value of your "body knowledge" in getting you unstuck.
  • Be introduced to Proactive Focusing: the upside down approach to working with the block - instead of trying to get rid of it, invite it and listen to it in a special way.

The Proactive Focusing approach will help you create insights and fresh perspectives about your everyday parental challenges and will enable you to parent in a more focused, Proactive and peaceful way.

Being Different in a relationship - Relating from a different place:

Do you find that you are once again in an argument with your spouse or partner?

Have you been trying forever not to react explosively with your child?

Do you shut down when at work some one says something upsetting to you?

We all struggle at different times with how we are in a relationship. At home or at work, with loved ones, friends or colleagues.

Now you can change these difficult patterns!

In this workshop you will find your inner guide to move from where you are right now in relational patterns to where you want to be.

Through Proactive Focusing, you will learn to identify the triggers that get you in to your pattern, learn more about the pattern itself and find a new way to be instead of that familiar way. You will find an inner guide; a road map that you can then take with you that will help you change the pattern.
